Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
We use only premium brand products like Tide and Gain. Tide is our default detergent. Gain is an additional $0.20 per pound. We also offer Free & Clear at no extra charge.
Our minimum for fluff and fold is 14 pounds.
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day. You can, for an additional charge and if we have the time to do so, get same-day fluff and fold service.

Pickup and Delivery Questions
Yes. If you have pets—especially dogs—please leave a note in your account or text us before your scheduled pickup. We require your pets to be secured and indoors at the time of pick up or delivery. This helps our drivers stay safe and ensures a smooth pickup. You can also include instructions like “Dog barks” or “Please don’t ring the doorbell.” Thanks for helping us provide safe and reliable service!

Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you the day after we pick them up.
Easy! Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and/or create an online account with us.
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No, you don't.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
